Malia Mayhem #2 - kickstarter

Posted by EFEXTEX - 10 days ago

I had the opportunity to work on one of the covers for

Malia Mayhem #2: All-Ages Adventure in a Magic Tabletop Land

it’s the first time I’ve worked on a project like this, and it was a really fun experience.

Here is the cover illustration I worked on:

the general plot is Malia ( the MC ) must stop the mischievous creature & Troll, from destroying the realm where all her favorite tabletop games come to life!

and I also created this special illustration of the protagonist Malia, for a print!

This is Malia on her Batte suit!

You can find more about the project on the Kickstarter page!

My 1st anniversary as a fulltime artist

Posted by EFEXTEX - February 22nd, 2026

Hi everyone, today marks one year since I started working as a full-time artist. Taking that step scared me a lot, because of my lack of experience and not having anyone to guide me, but I was able to learn as I went along and make it work.

During all this time I have been trying to learn how to manage my workflow, because sometimes I feel that I do too little and other times I feel that I do too much, but it is something that I am sure I will achieve, because I believe that with hard work and self-knowledge we can fix our shortcomings.

I feel so blessed by the wonderful people I've had the opportunity to meet on my journey to becoming an artist, as well as by other artists and content creators from whom I've learned so much.

And for that, I want to thank them all! To everyone who appreciates my work, who supports what I do, who has gifted me art or gave me shoutout, and who believes in me, because that trust has helped me believe in myself.

And with that, I just want to thank you all and promise to work hard to meet your expectations.

Sincerely, EFETEX
